Combines fundamental classical ballet movements with traditional fitness exercises. Built from Pilates and dance principles, a strong emphasis is placed on form-focused movement and proper technique. It is an effective total body workout focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles, and improve strength, agility and flexibility.
