AMPD Strength w/Rachael

5:10 am — 6:00 am

AMPD Strength is a group fitness format that takes the amazing power of weighted bar training and sets it to heart-pumping music to create a fun, energetic, one-of-a-kind experience for our class participants. We use the rhythm, speed, and phrasing of the music to keep all class participants on the same pace. Using the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels.

8:15 am — 9:00 am

Welcome back to step! Designed for all fitness levels, this class is great for the beginning to intermediate stepper and includes basic choreography that will improve coordination and agility. This class offers great group motivation and leaves you with a feeling of personal empowerment. A fabulous cardio fitness workout to burn calories!

Silver Sneakers w/Katie

9:15 am — 10:00 am

A health and fitness program designed for adults age 65+ that is included with many Medicare Plans. The movements and exercises are designed for individuals of all fitness levels. Instructors are trained in functional movement and offer options for all ability levels. In addition to functional movement, we target work in balance, strength, and flexibility. A great option for anyone looking for low impact, easily-modified routines.

AEROBICS is BACK! Bigger, better, HIGHER! High Fitness is a fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense, easy-to-follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN music with choreography that is sure to have you coming back for more!
